He began his professional career as a legal technician at EDP, completing his practical training on EU projects at IDEPA. Graduated in Journalism and Communications from UNGE (National University of Equatorial Guinea) and expert in Commercial Management and International Trade from FORMASTUR. He has an extensive experience in container management in Central Africa.

Epiphane Maldini Bonou
He continued his studies at the Moroccan School of Engineering in Casablanca and obtained a bachelor’s degree in water and environmental sciences and a master’s degree in civil engineering and public works. He worked for years at the Directorate of Infrastructures, Equipment and Maintenance of the Ministry of Health of Benin, in charge of monitoring and controlling the construction of several public health centres, as well as the technical preparation of tender documents.
